Experience is the art of seeing the essence
Over three decades in marketing, management, and consulting, I have derived one simple rule: the result of any project depends not on the technologies, but on the people behind them.
Marketing, strategy, and analytics are merely tools. Their effectiveness is determined by a person’s “substance.” Throughout years of practice, I have learned to look deeper than the outer packaging, titles, and polished presentations.
My criteria for evaluating people in business and life:
-
Behavior in a crisis. True character is revealed in moments of pressure and loss of resources, not within the comfort zone.
-
Attention to detail and obligations. The ability to keep one’s word and admit mistakes is far more important than grand promises.
-
The ethics of interaction. How a person communicates with those they do not benefit from tells you more about them than any MBA degree.
-
Principles over ambition. I choose to work with those who have an inner core, rather than just a desire to “appear” successful.
Today, it is easy to create a flawless brand, but impossible to hide one’s true nature for long. Life always tests substance for durability. That is why, in any partnership, I prioritize accountability and honesty with oneself.
You can set up marketing. You can optimize processes. But the Individual remains the foundation
